Buyer didn’t receive item, went to cargo co.
Buyer states they never received item after sending it to the address provided.
I later find out this address was a BMcargo after looking into why their package was not received.
It’s been “delivered†for a week and says it was left with an agent.
The payment that’s no longer in my account is now on hold while we sort out the details.
I’ve been in touch with the buyer about his efforts in locating the package and he says he needs a PDF file of the invoice.
I’m assuming they mean the receipt I got from USPS?
Ebay is also saying I needed updated tracking info and I did immediately after shipping a week and a half ago.
It’s some BMcargo place in Doral, FL.

Mentor2 years agoYour buyer is using a reshipper/freight forwarder. S/he needs to check with them to see when they will be shipping. Have him/her check their contract to see how soon shipments are sent out.
The buyer can go to his/her Purchase history, locate the transaction and click on View Order Details. That can be printed out, as well as saving to a PDF so the buyer can send to the reshipper.
