Buyer didn’t receive item, tracking says it was delivered
Sent this item with tracking via ebay shipping. Says it was delivered and usps swears it was delivered and scanned at their address but buyer insists wasn’t delivered. What can I do? It was $400 item!!

You can take a screen shot of the confirmed delivery on the eBay tracking history and make sure the address is included too. Let the Buyer know this is the record that both eBay and you have and if they think the package was stolen or mis-delivered they will have to pursue that from their end since neither you or eBay are there.
This time of year porch pirate theft is higher than normal and carrier theft happens too ... Seller are not responsible for the security of the delivery location ...
Some Buyers will try this claim on new Sellers just to see if they might cave and refund to avoid an issue ...

Mentor2 years agoOnce scanned as delivered, your job is done - the recipient has taken possession of the item on his property. If a package was stolen after delivery, there is no coverage for that other than possibly a homeowner's insurance policy.
