Buyer didn’t receive item because the address eBay gave me was wrong
Buyer says they didn’t get items because they were sent to wrong address, wants a refund but is address eBay gave me

If you correctly shipped to the address provided by ebay, you did nothing wrong.
If they file a Refund Request, reply with the tracking # and tracking information that proves delivery to the buyer.
