Buyer didn’t pay
I recently listed an item with best offer. Buyer made an offer which I accepted. eBay said payment would process when I accepted. After accepting I didn’t receive payment and now the offer is showing declined. What happened? Also now it is back to bid and best offer went away. I’m puzzled, thanks for insight
