Buyer did not send me the pick up code
I sold A game account, which I gave the password and the username to them after they bought the account In the messages, I also asked him to send me the pick up code. They got or send a picture of the QR code, but if they don’t do that, is there no way I can get my full payout Proof sending the item.

eBay doesn’t offer any buyer or seller protection for non physical items.
The company that owns the game that you sold does not allow accounts and/or achievements to be sold or traded.
You are in an uphill battle to be paid. Luckily, it’s only $38.
