Buyer did not send back all items
I had a buyer who asked for a refund (he did not read description and thought there was more included in the sale and said the refund request was because items were missing when all items mentioned in the sale were included) and when I told him I would grant him a refund once I received the items back and told him to go ahead and request the refund he stated it was too much trouble and that he would just leave me negative feedback and request a cash back on his credit card, he ended up leaving me negative feedback and a few days later he requested the refund, I paid for the return shipping label only to have him send me only one of the 11 items in the lot sale. I have left about 3 messages with ebay with this information and have not heard anything back and now I'm getting messages from ebay saying my account with be charged to refund his money, but he STILL has my items. This is so wrong!! HELPPPP!!! What can I do about this?
