Buyer did not return the whole item
I had a buyer request a refund for a necklace that arrived damaged. When I received the return the main pendant was missing. I asked her to send the pendant and she said it was in the envelope, which it was not. What do I do now?

·3 years agoYou will need to respond to the return and accept it. You have two days to issue a refund. You can report her to eBay, but eBay almost always rules in favor of the buyer. They may send her a notice that the seller had an issue with the return.
