buyer did not return item after I gave refund
I refunded a customer. They never returned item. I cannot find a phone number to contact eBay. What should I do.

Mentor2 days agoYou can't get help from eBay for this. Once you refund the buyer, there is nothing to dispute or question.
You need to wait for the buyer to return the item before you refund. Did they open a return request?
