Buyer did not receive package
I received a message from a buyer on a sold item that was supposed to be delivered on 6/27. I shipped it with a USPS tracking number and the last time it was scanned was 6/25 and still in transit. How do I submit a request to eBay to help me track the package and possibly get ahold of USPS for assistance?

Mentor1 year agoThere is nothing that eBay can do to help you track the package. You need to go to the USPS website and contact their customer service and ask them to find out what is happening to the package. This will usually get things moving after a few days.
