Buyer did not receive item claimed to have been delivered.
The seller disappeared from the site. I'm out the $11.67. Ebay doesn't seem to have a drop down option for this.

Does your order have a tracking number that says "delivered" but your item was not delivered to your address?
Please use eBay's social media customer service to get assistance. Advise them that you are a victim of a "fake tracking number scam"

Just sent a private message to the page explaining what happened.
