Buyer did not receive item
eBay provided a wrong address in the shipping label, therefore, the buyer claimed money back, eBay has claimed that I need to give the money back and loose the item and eBay does not get involved and wash their hands, NOT FAIR

< eBay provided a wrong address in the shipping label . . . >
eBay provided the address that the buyer provided to eBay, so the blame is the buyer's. When you shipped the item, did you have tracking on the package, and if so, does that tracking confirm delivery?
< . . . therefore, the buyer claimed money back >
How did the buyer make this claim? Did the buyer open an Item Not Received dispute? You can't just do nothing. If you have that delivery confirmation, click into the dispute/claim and provide that number. If you don't have that delivery proof, you'll lose and have to refund.

Mentor11 months agoHi @hbla-56 You have 10 selling feedback showing and of those, two problem sales. Before you list any more items, it might be a good idea to click around here in the Help boards to see what common problems sellers encounter and how to remedy them. Also click around in the eBay Help pages to get a solid idea of how eBay works. Good luck!
