Buyer did not pay Shipping
Has anyone ever had a buyer pay for the item but not the shipping. I have sent them two messages and no response. How long should I wait to cancel the item.

It is not possible for a buyer to pay for an item and not include shipping charges in their payment when going through the Ebay checkout.
