Buyer did not pay
If the Buyer has not paid, I understand I can cancel the Order. However, is the Buyer reported for non-payment automatically? The "Report a Buyer" link only goes to a "Cancel" page and no further links. Also, the reason: "Buyer did not pay" is not an option on the cancel page.
