buyer did not pay
First time this has happened to me. Buyer did not pay, I did not ship. Can I report them? If so, how?

-WAIT 4 days and on day 5 Cancel. You will have a pull down menu to select a reason and on day 5 the reason "Buyer hasn't paid" will be there, click that. Buyer gets a strike on their account.
-Use the Report Buyer link on the transaction, this alerts eBay of an issue.
