Buyer did not get return shipping label
I have refunded an item, ebay shows the return as closed. The buyer says there isn't a shipping label showing up for them to ship it. I also cannot find one. It shows that I have paid the return shipping.
I would just like to make it possible for the buyer to return the item.

Mentor4 months agoOnce you refunded the buyer they cannot access any return shipping label and the return is closed. If you want the item back you will need to send them a return label outside of eBay and the buyer cannot be forced to actually return the item.

OP4 months agoSince the label was created is there no record? If I lose it because I did things out of order that's one thing, but is there a way to find this label that did exist at some point? I should have at least got tracking with it originally.
