Buyer did not authorize seller to withdraw from bank account.p
My original order had the wrong shipping address, so I contacted the seller prior to shipping. Seller says I need to cancel order and reorder. I see a refund was issued so I purchased again. The seller again takes money out of my account and sends. Now, I am stuck with two dolls in a faraway city. I can't even make a return because I am at least 120 miles away. I say, if ever I make a purchase online, I always get a review order page and then a confirm button. Not in this case, the seller took money two times to the same shipping address and now I can't even return one of the items.

Mentor2 years agoYou are responsible for keeping your SHIP TO address up to date. Sellers need to send to the ship to address attached to the payment. Go to
https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses
There are FIVE addresses to update.
Hopefully, the people at your old address will mark the package Return to Sender.
