Buyer did full return for a set piece we agree to for a partial refund only seeing full refund
I had a buyer purchase a set item and one of them is not working.
I informed them I can do a partial refund once they start the return request which they agree to.
The buyer went ahead and did a full return of the defective item.
It has been delivered on Monday.
I now only see the selection for a full refund.
How will I be able apply the amount we agree to?
