Buyer demanding a return and left negative feedback for illegitimate reason
I sold a bundle- Super Nintendo console and included accessories : controller, madCats RF switch and AC power adapter. These accessories were described and photographed for the listing.
Now the buyer has left negative feedback and requesting a return because they want to have an RF adapter. I dont know what that is, and did not indicate that one was included in the bundle. I can't figure out how to get ebay to remove the negative feedback and dont feel that a refund is warranted.
Any advise appreciated.
