Buyer demanded a refund and I gave it to him and he refuses to return the item
William Sparks purchased a slot car from me for a late delivery( it said in the ad I would be out of town for awhile) he demanded a refund which I gave him and then he refuses to return the item that WAS delivered on sep 13. He will not respond to my messages.
I have proof of delivery and his lack of response. If he told you it was not delivered he is lying. I checked with the Carlsbad CA post office and they confirmed.
i know you always side with the buyer, but this is ridiculous. Theft is never ok.
