Buyer deception
How to handle a buyer saying an item is damaged. They sent a picture of the damage but there are inconsistencies from our photos of the area around the damaged item. We have some minor scratches on our photos that are not showing up on the their photo. I asked them to take a full photo of the item to do a better comparison. Waiting for the photo.
Let them know they can send it back for a refund. But they want me to pay for it.
