Buyer damaged product opening
I understand that damaged product that arrives needs to be returned. But what about in the case that the buyer damaged it when opening? I had the buyer send me pictures, and the item seems to have a large gash right now it (it is hard plastic) and had them send me the pictures of the packaging as well. The package was cut in an extremely similar manner. Do I need to refund the buyer after they damaged the product?

Mentor11 months agoYes, if they return the item for the reason, not as described, damaged, you will have no choice.
You can report them, but any attempt to avoid refunding them will backfire and eBay will refund for you.
