Buyer DAMAGED product and THEN wants to return it.
Is this NOT abuse of the return policy? Buyer apparently had buyer's remorse after his purchase but waited until the piece was shipped before asking to cancel his order. I said no returns. Says that right on the page. NOW he's claiming (or trying to) that the piece arrived damaged and wants to return it. I say **bleep**. What say you?

Maybe they will return it in the same condition.
There is a chance, had you offered returns with the buyer paying return shipping, that your buyer would have returned it at their expense.
A no returns policy can force a good buyer, who simply changed their mind, to have to lie to get a refund.

I say if they opened a return claiming damage, you should provide a return shipping label.
Fighting the process could result in eBay refunding and allowing the buyer to keep the item.
