Buyer damaged an item now saying I sold him a damaged item
I took pictures of an item when I removed it from the original packaging. To make sure it wasn’t damaged I found it to be in excellent condition. I then took pictures of it to show condition in the listing. Put it back in the factory packaging, taped the box. I then put a label on it shipped it out. Now after having it for 2 days I sold it to them broken after saying something about the color of the cord. Which was in the listing pictures yesterday.
