Buyer contacted me and said he could not buy my items.
I do not know where the person is located, but he offered up that he has a California shipping address. I have been unable to find a way to talk to an agent to try to help this buyer.

Mentor2 years agoCheck your Buyer Requirements Activity Log to see if it indicates why the buyer was blocked.
If you want that buyer to be able to purchase from you even if the buyer does not meet your buyer requirements, change your existing requirements or else add that buyer to your exemption list.
