I am trying to contact a recent to offer my gratitude for his purchase but have been unable to navigate the smoke and mirrors of eBay's elusive "HELP" content.
I received a notice that I needed to update my account info and did so, receiving a check-mark for doing so.
However, it was all in vain as I still cant enter an message content on the page for contacting the other member.
WHAT AM I MISSING HERE ????

Mentor6 months agoIf you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.

I had discovered this after the fourth day by clicking on every square inch of the message pop-up and finally hitting the correct area.
