Buyer confirms they received item, but tracking says it isnt delivered

I sold and shipped an item a while ago, and it didn't update to delivered on the delivery date on the tracking information page. I contacted the buyer to let them know I did in fact ship the item, and said it should get there eventually, but they told me they received it a few days ago. How do I update the tracking page to delivered so I can receive my funds. I do not know how to attach a picture, but I have the screenshot where the buyer confirmed they have the item. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Go to the Sold & shipped item, click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking information. That should lead the carrier to updating the tracking information to ebay.
