Buyer Complaints
I have been selling on Ebay for nearly 20 years and have never had as many complaints from buyers as in the past year. Frankly, I think people have learned that the buyer wins most disputes, so they take advantage of the system to negotiate partial or full refunds on bogus claims. I am getting to the point where it is not worth the aggravation to deal with this nonsense. Anyone else experiencing the same?
