Buyer complaint stating not as described
I purchased these items directly from the manufacture, and when they left my hands, everything was in pristine order. Buyer has left neutral comment. Never bothered to contact me. Upon receipt of feedback I reached out and offered full refund and to pay for return shipping at my own cost. It does not seem fair to me that this person is able to do this. I feel the person was hoping to get a freebie and meet Offer full refund and to keep. Any thoughts? I couldn’t have offered anything more than just giving it away. Buyer refuses to Rescind
