Buyer claims they entered wrong address
Buyer messaged asking me to send to a different address. Then the one on the receipt. Stating they put in the wrong address. I don't feel comfortable shipping to an address that wasn't provided. Is this a scam or their way of drop shipping? Should I ask them to cancel, change address and repurchase?

Mentor1 year agoSellers need to send to the SHIP TO address attached to the payment. If you receive a message from the buyer to send to a different address than the one attached to the payment, let the buyer know you will need to Cancel the order and refund the payment. Then you will relist the listing and send the buyer the item number. The buyer then makes the purchase and this time, when s/he sees the ship to address, clicks the CHANGE link, and makes the change to include the SHIP TO address s/he wants the item shipped to.
