Buyer Claims they are being Charged Repeatedly
I have a buyer that claims they are being charged over and over for the same item. I'm not receiving payments. I've tried to get in contact with eBay but can only get their automated assistant which is no help. Any idea how to get this resolved?

Mentor2 years agoExplain to the buyer that if multiple charges become permanent, they should call their card issuer and dispute the extras as duplicates. Usually duplicate charges will fall off by themselves, pending charges can not be disputed.
