Buyer claims the item I sold them was bad
sold a mother board,cpu,and ram combo that I know was perfectly fine and the buyer says te cpu is bad and list the same cpu for sale the same day he recieves mine what can I do.

Did you refund the buyer without asking for a return by sending a free return label?
If the buyer abused the eBay Money Back Guarantee, you have a point.
