Buyer claims puzzle piece is missing
Hello all, I've sold quite a few used puzzles and I always make them first & point out any flaws, if any. I just had a buyer claim that there's a piece missing in the puzzle they bought. I recently made this one and I know all the pieces were put back into the box. I also have a picture of the completed puzzle in my listing. Am I out of luck and am going to have to refund them? Thanks for any help! Patty
