Buyer claims payment was rejected but item shows paid and I can print a shipping label.
I sold an item and the buy contacted me stating that they were told their payment was rejected. The problem is the item still shows as paid for on my Seller hub and I can print a shipping label. Do I wait to ship the item or is it safe because it shows as paid for?
