buyer claims parts were missing wants refund
I sold an pair of handheld CB radios. Buyer claims that one of the two antennas was missing. I know for a fact everything was there. I suspect the buyer either dropped the item when unpackaging or they are scamming me for a free part. Now do I not only make nothing, I will have an item I can't sell because of the missing part and I'm in the negative because of return shipping. The sellers take all the risk on ebay. Unfair
