Buyer claims package was tampered with
I am trying to find out what to do in the case of a buyer who claims the package arrived but the books were missing. He basically says he got an empty padded envelope. With no way to prove this, what is my next step? Is it an automatic refund? Sadly I did not insure the package. Thank you
