buyer claims my marked gold piece isn’t gold & wants refund
Buyer wants to return “items not described”. This is mixed karat lot of scrap gold . The item was marked 333, and photos showed that hallmark. I didn’t claim testing. Buyer says a refinery says it’s not gold, but hasn’t provided documentation. How should I respond and what should I ask for?
