Buyer claims missing cards, please help
So I have a buyer who claims 11k bulk cards never arrived in a huge package deal but the better, higher end cards, atleast most of them, did, so my question is what’s the best way to handle this I tried to even replace the missing cards with the exact amount missing to no agreement so I even tried adding additional more higher end stuff,(all of this on my own dime) yet to no avail, was this plotted all along? I heard horror stories before of this happening with other items but I thought he was a sincere buyer , now that I tried to replace the items missing I’m feeling as though I’m getting scammed and this was something they done before or had plotted, keep half the order n send half back kinda deal, do I refund him and report him then ask for 35%-50% back to try to make up some of the missing lot im gonna loose at the end of this regardless but need a helpful step by step best result explained please, thanks for taking time to do so to whoever might reply sincerely thank you ðŸ™

I hope I didn't scare you away. I was a bit harsh, sorry. I would like to try and help you, but I do need more information.
This is a policy you should learn completely. It is a long one, but it affects all sellers a great deal even though it is a policy for buyers. It also covers seller subjects that are really important to the health of your selling account and your money.
Take your time with it. Don't get overwhelmed. Come back and ask any questions you might have.

OP1 year ago@mam98031 unfortunately I did not require signature to the order since buyer wanted me to pay the shipping cost I was trying to get it a bit lower seeing as it was getting around 100.00 just to ship this I regretfully took that option off, they mentioned that too in the return:reason being for; missing parts or pieces… I had taken pictures of the contents of the box and even in line at ups office and have the drop off receipt with time and weight, wich I updated to the buyer in messages and the dispute message center when trying to work it out with him, why would I be trying to replace them already? Because I’m not in dire need of these extra bulk cards I have laying around and from what I was reading was I was pretty much out of luck unless I worked it out with the buyer so I tried everything I could and offered even more to no agreement wich didn’t make any sense, tracking had drop off location the time (within 1 day of ordering) weight carrier all the info is their anything else you would like to know that could help?

OP1 year ago@mam98031 new to selling on eBay wasn’t aware that a signature matters that much on this kind of order or not he admits to being the one to have received the package but what pictures he showed eBay was just some scrambled piles of higher end cards but missing 10k bulk cards and some graded ones too but got the rest?

Mentor1 year agoOMG, you didn't even go in search of the policies on how Ebay expects sellers to ship? Especially on expensive orders?
Post the pictures the buyer sent you and whatever they said in the claim and any messages they may have sent.
What day did they open the claim?

Mentor1 year agoWell that is really too bad. That caused you to LOSE any Seller Protection that Ebay may offer you.
Trying to save a couple bucks can really cost you a lot in the long run. Don't do this again. You are required by Ebay to have a signature upon delivery if your transaction is $750 or more.

Mentor1 year agoThis should be pretty easy @tcamron2012_6 , what does the tracking say? Certainly you would have sent them out requiring a signature on delivery, who signed for it?
Why would you be trying to replace them already? Tell us more, WHAT does the tracking say?
