Buyer claims listing had options
My buyer filed for a return. Says I shipped him the wrong item. He’s insisting my listing had a selection option for a different model than I sent him. Everything about the listing is for the correct model I sent, with zero evidence of there being another model option. I did not make any selection option on this listing, only a quantity option. He seems just as sure he’s right as I am that I’m right. But eBay is the only other possible wrong party. Could eBay have glitched?
I need to know, so I know who is responsible for the return shipping.
