Buyer claims item was missing from the package.
Since this is my first sale and shipping on Ebay, I would appreciate advice on how to proceed? Do I contact USPS to see if someone stole the comic book? I'm disappointed with my first transaction. I feel bad for the buyer since I had a no refund, but not sure what I should do to resolve the issue: refund him, hold USPS responsible, if that's possible, blame myself for not ensuring a more secure form of shipping. Advice please.
