Buyer Claims Item Was Damaged
I sold my first ever item, and it was shipped as seen in the photos I posted. Now the buyer claims that there is a defect.
The item is a pair of sunglasses that were shipped in a soft microfiber pouch. The buyer admits the item was packaged well and that the package was undamaged.
The sunglasses did not have a deep gouge when shipped. What should I do? As I said, this is my first sale.
