Buyer claims item is broken
Shipped computer parts (ram) in early December to an address in Florida. It turns out it's actually a shipping service and buyer is in Jamaica (I only find out after package is delivered otherwise I would have cancelled). Buyer now claims it's damaged and doesn't work, however I doubt they will be able to return it since it would require international shipping back to the US. I packaged everything well and tested it worked before selling. I'm not sure if they are lying or it is broken and I'm not sure who to contact/what to do

OP9 months agoAlso extra info since idk how to edit: shipped with USPS ground advantage and it says up to $100 in shipping insurance
