Buyer claims Dooney Bag received wih damage
I have tried to contact customer service to discuss this issue but cannot reach anyone. The seller is requesting a return stating the item is not as described. Claiming the outside zipper is stuck (which in the pictures on the original listing is certainly closed) and that there is a clean "slice" in one of the handles which she sent me pictures of. This item was shipped new in the original packing from The Disney Store so I don't know what happened to it once it left me and was delivered. I also have pictures of all sides of the item showing the bag was still wrapped in the original foam protectant and tissue. The seller also originally asked what the best I could do on the item because it was out of her price range so I lowered it by $75 with free shipping. I have perfect feedback and have NEVER had this happen before. I just don't want to be taken advantage of for buyers remorse or damage that I did not do. I did ask the buyer if there was anyway she could have sliced the handle when unpacking it or removing the foam around the handles and she states that the packing is still on the handle which it is not. There's no way to know the truth. Are seller's covered for something like this? Like i said I am using this platform to ask questions because I cannot successfully contact seller customer service. I have notified the buyer that I am not ignoring her request but trying to get some someone to help me with this situation.
Can anyone help with answers?

Mentor8 months agoI looked at 2 of your listings and they both do not accept returns. That is only for buyer's remorse. If the buyer states Not as Described, ebay's Money Back Guarantee trumps your no returns policy. You need to accept the return and pay for a return shipping label. If you refuse, ebay can refund the buyer from your funds, you receive a defect for an unresolved transaction, the FVF is not refunded, and the buyer gets to keep the item.
