Buyer claims Device is not working
Buyer claims that the electric device that the they bought doesn’t work, but I tested it and it was functional before I sent it out to them. What are my options as a seller.

If the buyer filed a Return Request with a valid reason under the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, you will be obligated to approve the return request.
