Buyer claims a PSA 10 isn't a PSA 10 and wants to return card

Has anybody had a customer that wants to return a card because they state that the card isn't a PSA 10 even though PSA grade it as a 10 and it was listed as a 10?

Have they filed a refund request yet? What reason did they use on the request?
