buyer claiming they recieved wrong item
Hello , i sold 2 trading cards to a buy, and they messaged me about recieving 1 of the wrong cards. Well i asked them to send me pictures of the items they recieved to see if the items were wrong. Well they sent me a picture of the 2 cards and there saing that one of them is wrong card. But the 2 cards in the picture they sent were from a completly different set then the 2 cards that they purchased from me, and i dont even carry that set in my inventory as well. What should i do next if they ask for a refund ?

If the buyer opens a return request, and they do send the wrong items back, you should "Report" the buyer.
There is a blue "Report a buyer" button on the help page below:
