buyer claiming not seller
i purchased a drone from seller, from the day of purchase i received emails claiming thank you for purchase, next one item is being delivered, next one item has been delivered, with said sellers' information. when i received my package items were missing. i reached out to seller and they claim they have NO RECORD, i sent order number item number all to seller listed on the ticket. i look up my purchase history and the drone is not listed, yet i have it and my account has been charged. i contacted ebay and NO RESPONSE.

That is not to say that is what happened BUT you can eliminate that possibility by checking through that Help Page. You can still return and item (Not as described) but you cannot leave Feedback as a Guest buyer.

Mentor3 years agoIs it possible that you made the purchase as a guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request.
