buyer "claiming" not receive item after he leaves feedback claiming I am a "great seller"
I sold an item to Member for $3.09 and my description says "you are at the mercy of the post office since item is being sold at a low price. Item dropped off at post office on 6/24 and marked as shipped on 6/26. " Seller left positive feedback on 6/29 saying "great seller, thanks" On July 3, buyer claims item was not received and sent eBay a note claiming item not received wanting a refund. On same day, I wrote to buyer item was delivered to post office on 6/24. I have sold 902 items through eBay, some for well over $1,000 and never had anything I sold lost and here when there is no "proof" of shipping since that would have cost over two dollars MORE than item sold for and description mentions it, something conveniently gets lost. I have a photo of envelope with 69 cent stamp addressed with time stamped on photo of 6/24 at 7:48 AM. Buyer keeps on contacting me asking about status despite already sending Positive feedback. I just hope eBay doesn't charge me again despite my description clearly explaining there will be no proof and buyer is at mercy of postoffice. In fact, there were three items sold with this listing and the other two also made it to the east coast and this one "didn't"?

If you don't have tracking to prove delivery, you owe the buyer a refund.
