Buyer claiming items not received.

Question

I have a buyer that purchased mutiple sports cards and I mailed them on three different days and three different envelopes and now they claim they did not receive any of the envelopes. I find it strange that they did not receive any of them. They were sent in regular envelope with just a forever stamp because i try to save people on shipping. I have only had two people ever not get items this way. What should I do.

If you just shipped using a stamp, you'll have to refund the buyer. Without proof they were delivered, you'll loose an INR case.
