Buyer claiming item not received.
Buyer claiming he did not receive the item despite the proof from USPS that the item was delivered to him mail box. All is recorded in the account of eBay with detailed tracking. What if the item got stolen or simply the buyer is losing about not receiving it hoping to get for free?

All you need to do is respond to the Refund Request with the tracking # and information that proves delivery.

OP1 year agoI did all that. But buyer is still claiming not receiving item. In this case who will bare the cost of product? As I am requested to refund the buyer.

If you responded to the Refund Request, Ebay should rule in your favor and close the case.
You will not need to refund the buyer as long as you proved to Ebay that tracking indicates delivery.

OP1 year agoGreat. Thanks for the info. Last, if the tracking with proof of delivery is in my eBay account. Is there anything else I need to provide. USPS confirmed delivery to the address and it’s all in the eBay account.

As stated earlier, if the buyer files a Refund request, you need to respond to the Request with the tracking number and tracking information. Just having the proof of delivery "in your eBay account" is not sufficient.
