Buyer claiming I’m scamming
Hi I don’t know what to do about this buyer , I have already apologized and sent her a return label because I didn’t notice when I posted the item that I put in the wrong measurement , she keeps harassing me and saying that I’m scamming people with my prices , how is it possible she can see how much people have bought my products for and keeps telling me that there’s a mistake and that I should contact eBay to fix it , I don’t know what to do

-It is easy to see what a Seller sold something for in the last 90 days simply by looking at a list of their items for sale and then in the LEFT side bar scroll down to teh Sold filter and click that. The list will change to what the seller sold in the last 90 days.
If you have messaged the customer and supplied them with a return label then I am not sure there is that much more to do. Some Buyer pick on new Sellers in hopes they cave and simply refund the entire purchase. That way the Buyer gets the item for Free. Stick to your guns.
The other issue that can happen is you are using eBay's DEFAULT No Return policy which sends the WRONG MESSAGE to both Seller and Buyers. Some - many newer Sellers think they are immune from anything being returned when the truth is altogether different. Buyers are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the estimated or actual delivery: : eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Inexperienced Buyers may think they cannot return something so what is their next choice? Yep, get angry, berate the Seller and their item and products. We see this scenario play out over and over. You should seriously consider Accepting returns to avoid those kind of unnecessary and stressful situations in the future. For myself I offer 30 day Free returns, no questions asked. To me that is GOOD Customer Service.
In any event, just be professional in dealing with that Buyer ... let them know that you sent a return label that they are more than welcome to use to send the item back for a refund. Let them know that any mistakes made on your listings were not intentional.

OP1 month ago · EditedHey thank you so much for answering , it is not a problem whatsoever for me to send her a refund but she’s demanding I send her the return label through mail carrier , am I obligated to do that?

No, if she files a return request through eBay the process gives you the option to send her a per-paid label through eBay if you Accept the return. Let her know that is the process eBay has put in place and is nothing you have done. What is her Feedback count? That is the number in parenthesis beside her ID. Have you reviewed her Feedback history and the Left fo others tab to see if there are any clues on this type of bad behavior.
